All Bakugan sold and offered by toygamingemporium.com are authentic Spin Master Bakugan.  We acquire them sealed in package (some are opened and sold loose) and all Bakugan we sell that has a DNA code has never had that code revealed or used. We ship all bakugan (loose and new in package) in padded envelopes. Thus, be aware that it's possible the packaging may get damaged in transit for in package bakugan. If shipping Priority Mail, we try to ship in Priority Mail Boxes in which case it is a lot less likely any damage would be incurred in transit.
